So, now that BYEs are treated rather transparently end-to-end, as per
46c85a5 sbc: fixed end-to-end BYE
Does this mean there is no way I can catch digest challenges to BYEs
(from endpoints that challenge in-dialog requests) and respond to
them, using sbc auth_b2b?
What I see on the packet capture is the 401 challenge getting passed
all the way back to the UAC sending the BYE.
