i would like to add that sems has taken the To ;tag in above the second INVITE from the "503 Service Unavailable" response that sems got to the first INVITE: U 2013/09/04 10:11:59.143613 192.98.102.10:5070 -> 192.98.102.10:5090 SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable.
