Hello Carsten,
looking into core/plug-in/isac/isac.c I would say that the isac plugin offers
different sample rate than 8000 and thus the payload is not understood as a
known
one.
Can you please try to add isac/16000 into transcoder_codecs like this:
transcoder_codecs=pcma,pcmu,isac/16000
