thanks for the pointer.  i read dsm_sbc_syntax.txt, but it would greatly
help, if there was an complete example of a dsm sbc script somewhere,
even a simple one that only handles a call transparently.

on the other hand, i haven't managed to implement a transparent dsm
script using B2B call control or dlg module functions either.  no matter
what value connect_session var has, sems replies with 200 ok before it
sends the invite out to b leg.
