I noticed that linphone offered: lin> a=rtpmap:119 SILK/16000 but that got trimmed and instead -- if I'm reading it right -- sems offered back: sem> a=rtpmap:120 silk/8000 So I'd alter the linphone config to prefer narrowband silk over wideband. Ie, 8000 samples/s rather than 16000.
