I had seen that but I need a specific next hop just for this application.
Is there any way to add it to AmB2ABCallerSession::connectCallee() as an option
or to set it up as a parameter that AmB2ABCallerSession uses? Or even use
something other than AmB2ABCallerSession::connectCallee() that has that option?

you can configure next_hop and next_hop_1st_req in sems.conf, which will
then affect all your sems applications, but can be overridden in sbc and
dsm_sbc profiles.
