i don't think that there is any hardwired codec id for opus.  rather a
dynamic id is used and client is free to pick any number.

i'm pretty sure that client is allowed in its reply to advertise all
codecs it supports.  set

single_codec_in_ok=yes

in sems.conf and see what happens then.
