no, not really in an easy way.

you could either loop the call through the sbc app (i.e. connectCallee
to 127.0.0.1), or you could use a DSM call control module to play your
RBT before the call is connected, but honestly I'm not sure that is
possible without some modifications of the sbc app.

i guess you mean the SER on the left hand side. try to look at the
sems debug log to see what is happening when you receive the 200 from
the right-hand side SER.
