you can use SEMS as B2BUA also relaying RTP, in which case you can do
measurements on the RTP itself, like jitter etc. You need to implement
the measurements themselves, though, they're not in SEMS 1.6. Have a
look at AmRtpStream::bufferPacket, or AmRtpStream::relay for the
places where the packets themselves are acutally relayed.
