ok, i'll look web conference again.
one of the issues that i remember was kicking everyone out when
conference time expires. does web conference provide that?
you can kick everyone with the kickout() call by xmlrpc. to get the
needed room password you may use getRoomPassword() with the master
password set in the config file.
