I tend to think that too generic can be a real pain. I like simple and
smal solutions. But that's just my philosophy.
that is what I like as well. I just wonder whether solution 1 is in the
end more complex and messy than the conceptually simpler solution 2.
But at the end, it greatly depends on who is gonna implement this ;-)
