Log:
SEMS plug-in config files are now installed into $(cfg-target) instead of
$(cfg-target)etc.
This means that all the config files are now in the same directory (by default: /etc/sems).
anyone opposed to reverting that one?
its too messy on a package install. Also, this breaks installing some
other files (e.g. dsm prompt sets etc).
