I make video_precoded_announce.
SDP is correct, RTP go out, but not displaying in softphone's video window.
I dont have knowledge of RTP processing and particularly in SEMS core.

Video file for sending wrote by SEMS. Format is:
| packet length | data(RTP payload with video header) | packet length | data | ...
It may be changed in the future.

I continue to try. Result is not guaranteed :)

I agree with Rafael: "IMO, the best and probably only way to support video in SEMS is to implement only pass-through."
The coding video is resource-intensive for CPU and may be yet patented.
