Actually, there is already a config parameter for this one. But as it is
global, it is only useable for garbage collection.

for it. would that by any chance support the above two wishes?
also, there is now presence_conference module for sr that implements RFC
4575: A SIP Event Package for Conference State. it would be nice if
sems had a conference app that could publish those events.
Indeed, that sounds very appealing. Now that we have the mwi module in
SEMS as well (thx to Anton ;-)), we could safely make a similar module
for the conference state event package.
