Summary: ReINVITEs (Hold, others) failing once PRACK is in
use
Description:
To reproduce this just place a simple call with 100rel support. PRACK
increases pending_invites, causing following ReINVITEs to be rejected with
a 500 reply. The attached patch should fix this.
