thanks, i'll try it. since this is really a bug fix, because without it
setting outbound_proxy in sems.conf causes non-rfc3261 compliant
behavior, i would appreciate if you could also make the commit to 1.4.
ok. just a minor correction: setting outbound_proxy in sems.conf is
ok, setting force_outbound_proxy possibly not.
