yes. sorry I introduced this completely unnecessary bug (even if it
produced only log messages), as I was tricked from the end-to-end BYE
in B2BUA and it's handling in DSM B2BUA applications into thinking
that the 200 to BYE should be sent in the DSM itself.
In fact, when a B2BUA call is established, the DSM script should *not*
call B2B.terminateOtherLeg() on receiving the hangup event, but just
stop. The BYE is then relayed, and the 200 done end-to-end as it should.
