Code cleanup.
a few issues:
there may be attributes on both media and session level.
how about those attributes:
label
rtcp
rtcp-fb
T38*
etc.

Possibly a whitelist would make more sense here.
Also, a small documentation, at least an entry in
transparent.sbcprofile.conf (where all possible options are included)
would be appreciated.
