looks like if there is no header_filter param in profile conf, then the

it was actually possible, but it spit out that ERROR below. I am
actually wondering whether it should in that case activate the filter
from the ctl module, or not.

control instance 'cc_dyn_1' changing headerfilter from transparent to whitelist!
