Summary:                    sip tcp port 5060 seems to be filtered
Description: 
I'm using csipsimple, and setting "transport" to "tcp" won't work.
Also csipsimple tries to switch automatically from udp to tcp when needed
(udp packets would be too big) and this obviously fails.
Looks like the port is filtered, as other ports give connection refused.

Could you please send me your IP address, from which you are trying it on
tcp ? I will try to find what is the problem. Generally port 5060 on tcp
should be working..
