that patch is already an improvement.
In fact, I think it would be altogether cleaner and simpler if just
one on_load function would be called per module, and that function the
module would call onLoad of the factories, and then the factories
would register themselves (AmPlugIn::registerApplication,
registerDIInterface etc).
That sounds like an API change, I leave that to someone else :)
For the time being, I'll commit this patch.
