Subject: American diplomat at the crime scene These days Peter Galbright, the former American ambassador to Croatia, during the collapse of Yugoslavia, executed by the colonial plans of Western-Europe (1990-1995), has visited Croatia and made anti-Serb statements. His visitation to Croatia can be characterized as follows: a criminal has visited the location where his crimes took place. As a American deputy he advocated for the execution of Croatian genocidal crimes against Serbs living in Krajina (UN protected areas). About 30.000 Orthodox Serbs had been catholicised and 800.000 expelled from Croatia and Krajina in the period from 1990 to 1995. Peter Galbright lied about the collapse of Yugoslavia. He said that Ratko Mladic murdered Muslims in Srebrenica in 1995, which is not true. Data points out that Muslims were executed in Srebrenica by a group, under the command of Western intelligence services. Their crimes have been attributed to general Ratko Mladic. Peter Galbirght made more false statements, as that the Government of the USA approved Croatia’s annexation of Krajina, because the Serbs had already perpetrated genocidal war crimes in Srebrenica. He, however, does not admit, that the plan to expel Serbs from Krajina had existed before the Serbs liberated Srebrenica. The Government of Republic of Serbian Krajina was in June 1995 notified that the members of the NATO approved the Croatian genocide upon Serbs in Krajina. This information was provided to Krajina’s government by an anonymous English diplomat to whom the Government in Knin referred as “a good fellow”. He said that the US ambassador to Croatia will offer the Krajina Serbs agreements with Croatia, which would undermine the interests of the Serbian nation. For this reason such agreements should not be accepted. However, he advised to continue negotiating about the agreements, so that the global public would recognize the anti-Serbian content of these. He emphasized that the so called agreement would be called “Z4” according to which Krajina would be considered for state-attributes. However, that plan would only apply to 1/3 of Krajina’s territory. He added that 2/3 of Krajina’s territory would be added to Croatia and that no politician on earth could surrender 2/3 of his country’s territory to another country. This fact points out that Peter Galbright is a co-perpetrator in the Croatian crimes, committed against the Serbs. These crimes were planned in Western.
