Бр. 1794/15 – 6. VI 7523 (2015) Voices from Croatia - Serbs have been declared as Croats It has often been heard from Croatia (followed by articles in news papers and on the internet) that Croatia is in fact an invented nation - created by colonial countries of Western-Europe, such as: Venice, Austria, Germany and the Vatican since the 18th century. The purpose of the creation of the Croatian nation was: to prevent the establishing of Serbia on historic and ethnic Serbian territories western from the river of Drina. In that period Orthodox Christian Serbs had been catholicized by the mentioned colonial countries and subsequently been forced to identify themselves with Croats. In the 19th century Austria removed the Croatian language (Slovenian) from the Croatian administration and termed it as the so called ''Kajkavian dialect''. The Croatian nation was one the one hand created of catholicized Serbs from Dalmatia, Kordun, Banija, Slavonia and on the other hand of Slovenian tribes from Zagreb to whom were added Jews, Germans, Slovaks. These days many Catholic Serbs encountered at churches and governmental archives documents containing data on the catholicization of their ancestors. Many of them admitted that their own parent and grandparents passed such information about their catholicization on them. The Croatian governmental organs and other institutions as well as Catholic priests do not talk about these facts concerning the Croatian nation, because this kind of discussion would destabilize the country and whole nation. They assume that sweeping such data other the carpet, would hide the truth about the Croatian nation. Милорад Буха, премијер Дипл. инж.
