His opponent, Branko Blanusa, member of Serb Democratic Party, received 48.09% of the total votes. Voting was repeated on Sunday at 136 polling stations in 17 electoral districts in the entity after the Commission identified irregularities in the snap presidential vote in November<https://seenews.com/news/dodik-ally-karan-wins-bosnian-serb-presidential-election-1285502>. A total of 84,474 voters were eligible to cast ballots at the polling stations where the rerun was held. Voter turnout was 49.51%.
