Dear users, I am not sure if this problem is documented clearly or not, but while you run program discriminate.pl, make sure there aren't more than one files with extension .key in the present directory.
If you do run discriminate.pl from a directory that has multiple *.key files, it will show cause an error, like "Error in creating key file" or something. Thats bcoz, the name of the key file is created using unique system time stamp and discriminate has no way to obtain this name from whichever program creates it, but to look for the extension .key in the current dir ...
