First, why would someone put smaller rims on their car? It doesn't look
better, it doesn't handle better... anyway
As far as I know, 14" equipped Sentras and 200SXs came with 175/65R14, and
not 175/70R14, check the specs on your car to be sure (it's written in the
door sills or in the glovebox, not sure), if it is 175/65, the difference is
small. If it really is 175/70, your car shows more mileage than it really
has because 175/70R13 needs to turn more to make the same distance as
175/70R14.
