Do you mean there is oil ON the sparkplug tips or inside the plug wells where the spark plug is. If you notice oil inside the plug wells you need to get new seals that are on the valve cover. Over time, they get old and won't seal the oil out as well. If you got oil on the tip of the plugs I think you may have some problems with the rings or oil leaking into the combustion chamber.
