They are Eagle Split 5 spoke polished aluminum rims. I don't know if
they are any fancy name for them, they're just a b@tch to clean. The
split in the spokes makes it especially hard b/c there's about enough
room to get your index finger in there and thats it.
As far as them ruining them, this is what the bottle says:

I'm not putting my money on your rim's finish, but if you're like me,
choices were running out. It's always a "buyer beware" world, but so far
