Sorry guys I just have to tell someone about all the freakking work I just did: Well my exhaust was starting to show a ugly surface rust at the weld joints, so yesturday I finally decided it was time to do something about it. I went to the shop that put it on and had them put in a flange in front of the muffler so I could take it off. I bought some high temp exhaust manifold paint and stopped by home depot to pick up rust remover, a steel brush, and sand paper. Then I spent all night and the next day preping and painting. I did a really good job in cleaning away all the rust and old paint. then put 3 light coats of paint on it. All this time I was doing quite a bit of driving without a muffler. I felt like such a rice boy! But at the same time it was kinda cool pissing people off with my uncorked ga16! Now that its back on I really like the way my car sounds. Everyone says flowmasters suck, well they're buying the wrong type. I special ordered mine exactly what I wanted. My car has NO high pitched raspiness just nice low and mellow. People are surprised its a 1.6 4 cyl. I just had share that with you!
