How was the fitment?  Did it have all the fittings for the smog stuff?  How 
do the welds look and stuff?  Also, why header wrap?  All it does is keep 
the heat in and make the header prone to cracking.  If you want to keep heat 
away from the rest of the engine, why not powdercoat the header and custom 
fabricate a heat shield?  That's what I would do.
