I want to make a distinction here.  There IS a difference between 
controlled, CONTROLLED speeding and racing.  Driving 100+ at night is not 
CONTROLLED speeding.  You are overdriving your lights.  Racing is a totally 
different matter because you will tend to do things that you normally 
woulnd't like cutting off some minivan to get better positioning at 90-100+ 
mph.  Things like that.  Competitiveness gets over you.  Racing and 
controlled speeding are two totally different things.


I have noticed that the speed limit on
