Ha, ha, the first statement is so incorrect.
The second one is true. I will give you
links to sites of cars that have OEM Superchargers.
Here are some:

If you think it's so easy to modify an OEM Supercharged
vehicle, check out the prices of parts and see how many
mechanics have ever seen one. They all will look at your
car and go "Cletus, c'mere! Hwut in tha hell is that whojamuwhat
on this doohicky? I ain't neva seen one of dem thingies before."
Then they will either refuse to work on it, or break something on it.
Having one of these vehicles, I know what the hell I am talking about.
In fact, go to grand Prix net and look in the problems area and see
how many of them have problems of mechanics F'ing up their cars.
I just found out what the hell is wrong with my S/C'd car.
The tach was bouncing all over the place and I was getting a backfire.
I checked the cam sensor, something that is in the front and has one
freaking bolt holding it down. It was lose. On the part, in big bold letters
it clearly says, non-adjustable. Meaning, it should be in a fixed position.
I got the work done at the freaking stealership! I also asked the mechanic
before hand if he had worked on these cars before. He assured me he
had and he knew what he was doing. So, I would not say that they are easy
to modify. If they get an M45 and aftermarket companies thinks there is a
big
demand, which also depends on the supply then, maybe. It will be easy.
There has to be a lot of them manufactured for a mechanic to become
familiar with them. Unfortunately for all of the other cars that come with
OEM S/C's they are all low production numbers. Which causes a lot of
confusion when buying parts or getting it serviced. My car only came out of
the factory with 3172 brothers. So I hope if Nissan makes this it will be
quite
a larger production run. If it is more than 75,000, I would consider it.

On a second thought, modifying a supercharged car is so easy :o)
Just put a smaller pulley on the supercharger and voil: more boost!
