Umm, I know Summit sells them - the set - for like 250 or less. Check
around online for prices.
As far as installation goes, I'm pretty sure if you can have the right
tools and some help, you could attack something like this. Depends on your
experience. Hell, how you gonna learn if you don't try, right? Check the
archives too, they're probably more help than you'll find waiting for the
list to answer.

Again, the archives are where you're going to find the quickest and best
info. Suspension travel on the B14 is limited as it is, but with sport
springs, you're taking some of that travel away even more. You would
probably want to get new struts too (I'm curious - what would be the
advantages of such a small drop?).
Someone on the SER list just said recently that there is a company who has
made a unit that will allow a HUGE drop on your car, and still have the
ride quality near stock. It installs on the upper strut mounting assembly
IIRC and allows for an extra inch or so of travel. Am I getting this right
guys? I should shut up before I start spewing MS (probably too late).
