James, you will need to have this ECU reprogrammed to run the 1.6 readings 
and then have JWT tinker with things to tune for exhaust, intake, cams, TB, 
etc.  They plug in OK , that 94 ECU SE-R plugged right into my 92 1.6 harness 
plug for the ECU, no difference.  It should be the same year car, but ask JWT 
about first.  They will charge you about 540 or more for the conversion and 
tuning package.
