Go to your auto parts store and buy a window crank
tool. It should set you back about five bucks. It
looks like a two-finger fork and you should place the
fork at the opposite side of the retaining clip and
push the clip out.
Easiest way I know how to advise you is to look at a
Haynes manual page 11-7 section 12, picture 12-2a.
