My dad used to work for Mazda and was a specialist tech with rotaries. Those little mills can churn out big power for their size but as far as reliability and mileage is concerned i can't recommend them. They are turbine smooth when you accelerate due to the lack of reciprocating parts but the apex seals on those things seem to be a weak link. Not ot mention the fact that most auto mechanics don't know what to do with them although they are actually simpler in construction than your typical car with pistons. I think I'd do alot of research and look at alot of cars before buying anything else. Why not do a sr20de drop and save yourself a alotta dough and have lotsa fun at the same time?
