SML: Gr2 or Tokico

Ok guys, 
I'm not spending $350+ on shocks, because I don't need adjustables. It's either KYB 
GR2 (which I was told by 2 KYB distributors today that they ARE performance shocks) 
Or, Tokicos with the new valving. I've got ST Springs sitting here wanting to be on 
the car :)

And, tires sitting here waiting for wheels this Thursday, and i'd like to only have it 
aligned once.

Any advice?
