SML: Tires and Rims

I just wanted to get an opinion  from all of you on the list,  There is a guy 
that has some 16" TRW (are those Tenzo?) rims with Nitto 450 tires. He wants 
$500 for them.  The tread looked pretty good also.  Are these heavy? because 
i don't want to loose alot of power. They had no noticable nicks or dings.  
If you have some experience with this brand of if you have heard some stuff 
let me know the more info the better! Thanks alot!
