Your rims might require the use of hucentric rings inorder to center properly on the hub. I have never had any *good* experience with Big-O so you might have a balancing issue. First check out the rims for requiring hubcentric rings, if that's not it then take the car back and take the Shop manager for a ride and make them fix it, you already paid once for the job, demand what you payed for.
