Yeah.. I don't have them but I have seen them. The LED's are a lot faster
to turn on and off. They don't blink faster, but with a standard bulb.. you
can tell it goes from (lighted, to a little lighter, to off) really quick of
course. The LED's turn ON OFF with no in between. It is kinda hard to
explain over an email. Let me know if I can be more specific.. hehe
