SML: Front Speakers

What's up list? I don't know a lot about speakers but I thought I'd ask. On my '91 XE 
it looks like the front door speakers are small oval shaped speakers that are smaller 
than 4X6. However it appears they are in a 6.5" insert. Can I bolt 6.5" speakers in 
there, no prob?? Thanx, L8r
