Aren't they 4x114.3?
The B13 and B14 (and B12 likely) use 4x100 bolt pattern. Whereas the B15
and most of the other 4-lug nissans use the larger bolt circle (240SX, G20,
etc.). I believe this is true for the Altima too.
BTW, this is why you see a number of aftermarket wheels with 8 holes in
them (almost square in arrangement) - it's so they can have both bolt
circles on one product.
