SML: Bumpstops!!??!!??

For any of u guys who put on coilovers, did u guys cut any of the bumpstops? 
If so, how much? Also, do u guys know where I can get some bumpstops, I threw 
most of mine away. When u installed them, did u put any extra rubber rings on 
the coil-over? Please Help, thanx.
