Its pretty easy, exept the part where you burn your hand on your block :)

its ALOT  more responsive.. and @ 80 MPH, my RPM used to be at 4K, now after
the timing, its a little over 3K..

there is a chance of it not passing smog, but its so easy, that you can do
it right before you take your smog test..
