This can be a little confusing...it depends on weather your talking about HP
at the crank or to the wheels. I believe most factory HP ratings are at the
crank. Which will always be a little higher than HP at the wheels. Correct
me if I'm wrong but for example I believe most of Mike K's testing is actual
HP to the wheels. Achieved from Dyno testing.
