For the record I do have a spring compressor and I have also done quite a
few struts before. But I had the benifit of having a impact wrench to get
the top nut off, doing the work in a shop. Since I have to do this at home I
was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to do it with out the impact
wrench. When you spin the rod nut the entire rod spins and the nut does not
loosen.
