I was updating the TB install for anybody that wanted to know. I am using
the 95 TB off the 200sx SE-R. The TPS works great, direct plug in with no
modifications like some have done in the past. The linkage however needs
transferred from the 1.6 TB to the SE-R TB. I had trouble with my 91 SER TB
because the attaching shaft was not long enough to hold the linkage from the
1.6. I saw an article in SCC on a 95 SE-R and the RC TB was a project, the
linkage was similar in nature so I decided to get one of these, James Jurado
hooked me up when he sold me one he had. You have to port match the intake
manifold for increased opening of the new TB and the diameter was nearly .46
inches more! This is a large bore TB for the 1.6 and beats any porting of
existing TB.
