The pully weights less than a pound.  I weighed myself and stood on the scale 
and it did not change!  I put it on the scale itself and would not register.  
I belive it feels like 1.2 pounds at most.  I do not have a food scale or I 
could tell you onces.  But it seems to weigh like a cream filled donut!
