SML: JWT vs. K&N

What do you guys think is better K&N air filter or JWT POP charger, I have
CAI on my 98 200sx with K&N filter and im happy just wanted to know whta you
gusy think... oh and does anybody know how often your supposed to
"re-charge" your K&N filter?
and one more thing nobody answered me before, the low beam socket for
nisknacks projectors are H3's but what about the highs? H1's? im not sure..
