SML: Universal Nissan parts??

Does anyone know if there are any "Universal" nissan parts for sentras. 
(pullys, struts, etc.)  I'm really thinking about keeping my sentra cuz I'm 
just whooping on all the other cars in my area so far.  So, if anyone has any 
ideas on other stuff i can get i'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!
